Course Description
This course will cover the traditional functions of management; planning, organizing, controlling, and leading. These functions now spread across different levels of an organization, which means managers, teams and individual employees must all be involved in these various activities for a firm to succeed in increasingly competitive markets. The role that technology plays today in management will be addressed, along with the subject of management in a global economy.
